I'm a digital leader who combines strategy, business processes & technology to drive organizational success. I have a very strong background in digital marketing innovation.

 

To attain the right digital marketing ROI, I have always ensured the right solution offerings are constantly placed in the psychology of our target audiences to push clear interest & intent. This is why, as a data geek, I always analyze multiple source points to understand how our audience interacts with our messaging hence using data journalism and storytelling to interpret their digital behavior whilst taking a prospect-centric approach when evaluating our digital marketing programs, so I can experience our messaging the same way our prospects do and ensure conversion optimization.

 

I possess great skills in digital marketing science, process automation backed up by project management & interpersonal skills & experience to help organizations generate good customer lifetime value thus incremental revenue.

  • {CENTURYLINK} In my first three months I reduced agency spend from £44K annually to £17k by adopting several in house technologies that were rather redundant and also by optimizing internal workforce.

  • {CENTURYLINK} I revamped all product & solutions landing pages thereby improving website form conversion rates by 75% (above industry benchmarks)

  • {CENTURYLINK} I optimised visual content across all digital platforms for improved SEO which resulted an increase in (MQL) lead acquisition.

  • {CENTURYLINK} I introduced marketing automation in our email nurture strategy and it improved results from 0.79%CTR to 4.44% CTR’s. (over 200% increase from previous year) surpassing the telco sector benchmark

  • {ORACLE} Recruited into Oracle Social media team on the very first day of the job.(2014)

  • {ORACLE} Utilising ADC (activity driven content) to improve email nurture programs with very minimal unsubscribe(s).

  • {ORACLE} I Successfully managed the Oracle video documentary project with key customer interviews creating scripts, video sequences, thus emphasizing on Oracle Digital Transformation.(2014)

  • {IBM} Mentoring- I contributed immensely  to the global SME’s mentoring program developing toolkits, helping to bolster small businesses with marketing innovation and technology. (2014)
