In my initial 90 days after joining the Organisation, I immediately assessed gaps and the need to introduce an enablement program which is to help educate both senior and junior teams across different BU's on the impact and need to be digitally focused. This involves teaching and mentoring about people, processes and technology and how this impacts the business at large.
The results have been phenomenal with all participating team members having an increased desire to develop new skills and also set up new methods of improving their individual business tasks and responsibilities using digital as the vehicle for transformation.

City Harvest UK as it states helps put surplus food to good use in a sustainable way, by distributing to organisations that feed the hungry.
They reached out to me via my mentorship program under the pimpmycause.org unbrella to help with SEO, Website traffic generation toward attracting the right course funding. I helped by providing that much needed digital and inspirational energy required to bolster the business from targeting and reaching the right people. A business now growing in leaps and bounces and stemming to greater heights using digital as a frontier for its tactics.

Came from a desolate background. Lost her dad at a tender age but had great ambitions in life hence she enrolled in the IBM EDC program. As an enabler, I coached and mentored her hence she has been a success story so far building a business of her own using digital elements fused in the heart of her business. She has even bagged in several awards from the US and Africa for passing the baton on helping the less privileged.
