Project | 01

Centric Software | Digital Transformation
 

After joining the team, I led the digital transformation project which involved tackling the challenge of improving company data, innovate its processes, models and customer experience. 

 

Result: A successful assessment of historical data whilst making key recommendations by aligning technology tools to improve data hygiene.

This involved completing a successful POC and Implementation of an AI built-in data cleansing tool with open access to a CDP platform, hence it provided 95% data accuracy across the business teams.

Furthermore, I supported the marketing team with training and enablement toward improving campaign management, operational processes, which saw a tremendous improvement in repetitive manual tasks cut down.

 

Also, I introduced an agile marketing framework to allow the team to focus more on productive tasks that add value to the customer.

Project | 02

CenturyLink | Website & GDPR Project
 

After a successful merger, I led the team by applying creative design development  & implementation of the newco EMEA/LATAM website structure. I established effective project management process inculcating brand guidelines, content marketing using CMS, UX & HCD to deliver six new-look websites with great customer experience across the site spectrum. 

 

 

Result: A much cleaner, easy and efficient website with clear user experience. Remedied quick fixes across all prior HTML, CSS, data privacy concerns whilst ensuring a GDPR compliant website.  I also ensured the timely release with constant updates presented to EVP/Stakeholders with accurate budget control & issues resolution.

 

The new optimized website forms recorded a phenomenal 409% increase in lead form acquisitions (hero assets) compared to previously existed forms. 

 

 

Project | 03

Level 3 | Connected Enterprise Campaign
 

I created an integrated launch campaign with the broader team by introducing automation, using Oracle marketing cloud applications to help deliver a consistent, relevant and personalized experience to our prospects/customers across multiple touch points. 

 

Result: An increased email CTR of 4.44% from an initial low of 0.79%, also reduced unsubscribes rate across all languages. Social engagement increased using LinkedIn as a channel. We achieved above benchmark engagement rate of 4% hence delivered over 200 MQL's to the sales team.

Project | 04

AUTOMIC | Software 11.2 Campaign
 

I managed the AUTOMIC software 11.2 release  (release date-Nov 3rd' 2015) whilst keeping the launch plan timeline intact. This involved determining project scope, risk analysis, timeline, content creation, coordination, and project completion. I designed each landing page with embedded assets for optimized conversion. 

 

Result: A successful project delivery with a firm structure in place involving the collaboration of all required digital assets and activities.

 

Also effectively managed all the key stakeholders by keeping them informed on daily proceedings via WIP weekly calls and supplied extensive visualized progress reports.

Project | 05

Oracle | Digital Disruption Campaign
 

I drove the Oracle Digital transformation campaign globally within the ECEMEA team, collaborating with the likes of IDC, Harvard Education etc, focusing on global digital transformation.

 

Result: Increased brand awareness in the region.

Also successfully managed the Oracle video documentary project emphasizing digital transformation with key customer interviews. 

 

I assisted the events team by creating scripts, event video sequences (seen here), messaging across all channels including mobile.

 

Provided daily analysis of engagement data to improve the customer experience.

Project | 06

IBM | Social Business Campaign
 

I was a key part of the CEWA/MEA software group team who led the IBM Social Business initiative, allowing a collaborative and secure workplace for businesses. My role allowed me to build launch messaging & activities involving webinars, podcasts, email marketing to drive effective pipeline revenue generation geared toward supporting the sales business units.

 

Result: A successful project delivery and Improved internal collaboration with the Armonk, NY office team.

 

Furthermore, gave birth to the deployment of the IBM Mobile First Project globally, using IBM Simple worklight (Open source IDE) Single interface to manage different mobile devices.

 

Project | 07

IBM | Pole Position Partner Campaign
 

As part of the CEWA team, I implemented an innovative partner digital campaign to aggressively drive sales of IBM products and services across the region utilizing the partner network with the aim of rewarding the best performing IBM partner. 

 

The tactic involved setting up an interactive website and RTE (ready to Execute)+ analytics platform to track all partner sales activities. I also created a leader board on site just like the Formula One (F1) races to provide all partners a transparent view of their ongoing company performance urging them to make more frantic efforts & up-the-ante within their sales teams.

 

Result: A 26% increase in IBM Power system' customer sales order bookings from previous quarters (averaged @12%), we also rewarded the best partner/winner with a real-time Formula One car racing track treat complemented with other brand rebates.
